How long will it take to activate my account and start receiving callers’ messages?

Typically, your account can be activated the same day you request it; however, we are happy to activate any requested date.


How quickly do you answer my calls?

Once you forward us your telephone, we automatically start answering your calls.


How do my calls reach the call center?

Calls can be routed to our service immediately or during overflow conditions.  This allows us to help you anytime, especially during peak periods. You know that if the telephone rings more than a certain number of times it will automatically come to our service.


How do I forward my telephone lines to you?

The best way to forward your telephone lines to our call center is to use your telephone system's call forwarding feature. Contact your telephone company, if you have specific questions concerning your office telephone system.


How will I receive my urgent messages?

Urgent messages are delivered as they are received and logged. We can deliver by pager, 2-way text or direct contact. If the message is delivered via 2-way text, the message receipt can be acknowledged by simply responding to the message with "OK" or "Got It" or something similar.



How will I receive my daily messages?

There are several ways in which you can receive your messages. Depending on your specific needs, our staff can fax or email your messages directly to you or your designated staff member.  Of course, you may choose to call us to receive your messages.


Our “on-call” personnel are always changing, how does Answer Plus Communications keep up with these changes?

Our electronic system is updated as your office staff informs us of the changes.


If your system goes down, how can I be assured that my calls will still be answered?

Our office has several back-up systems to ensure that that you will receive your messages.  In case of a power outage, our back-up generator maintains our call center operation.
